No returns on clearance items.
Clearance items are a final sale. No returns will be accepted. If a clearance item is damaged in shipment, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost to you once the original damaged item is received back at bancroftaccessories. Bancroftaccessories must be notified of damage within 24 hours of receipt of the order so that we can submit a claim with UPS and arrange for the damaged item to be picked up.

Why do you ask for my VIN number?
Your VIN provides us with detailed information as to how your particular vehicle was manufactured. We use this information to ensure that you have selected the correct accessories for your vehicle regarding color and or fitment. If a selction you have made is incorrect, we will notify you and substitute the correct item. If the pricing of the substituted item is the same, no further action will be taken. If the substituted item is of a lesser value, a credit will be applied to your credit card including an adjustment of shipping charges if applicable. If the correct item is of a higher value, we will contact you via email or telephone to discuss your options which will either be a cancelation and full refund of your order or a reorder of the correct item and subsequent refund of the prior incorrect order.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Refunds of items that have already shipped will be processed once the items are received back at Bancroftaccessories. Once it is determined that the items are in saleable condition, an appropriate credit (shipping will not be refunded) will be issued and should be seen on your credit card statement within 2-3 business days of the credit being processed. Refunds of orders that have not yet been processed, will be credited immediately upon request and the credit should be seen on your credit card statement within 2-3 business days of the credit being processed. These types of orders are usually orders that we have determined to have items that will not fit the vehicle and the customer has decided to cancel the order once the options have been discussed with a Bancroftaccessories representative.

How soon will my order be shipped/when will I get it?
Every effort is made to ship your order the same day. A delay may occur if an order is submited too late in the day or if there is a temporary stock out situation. If the delay is due to a stock out and the delay is determined to be longer than 2 days, you will be notified via email of the delay and given an estimated ship date.Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number and your order should arrive within 2 to 7 business days of receipt of the email. Your online orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Unexpected inclement weather, especially during the winter months, may cause unexpected additional time to the order''s transit.

Shipping Methods and Costs
All orders are all shipped via UPS Ground.
Your total shipping and handling charges will be configured and displayed on screen prior to you completing your order. Presently, Shipping is 15% of the order total with a minimum of $8.49.

Expected Shipment

Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Your shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.
Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a UPS oversized shipping.
International Orders, Hawaii and Alaska: Sorry- at this time we are not accepting orders outside of the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping and Handling Refunds
There are no refunds on shipping and handling charges unless Bancroftaccessories.com has shipped the order incorrectly. Prior return authorization by Bancroftaccessories.com is required. If an order is canceled while in transit, The full shipping charges will not be refundable.

Damaged or missing Items
If you receive your order and discover that one or more items is damaged or missing, Please contact a Bancroftaccessories representative within 24 hours of delivery and report the damage or missing items. We must report a claim to UPS within this time period to ensure a credit is issued to us by UPS. Please hold all packaging and packing materials so that UPS can view them if they so choose. If UPS wishes, they will provide a shipping label for you to send the questioned items to a UPS claims facility. Once you contact a Bancroftaccessories representative, every effort will be made to get new product out to you as soon as possible.

How do I receive my free shipping?
After completion of the form on the free shipping over $99 link and receiving your coupon code, enter the coupon code in the appropriate spot during checkout and you will automatically receive free ground shipping. This offer is available on all orders of $99 or more. Free shipping does not apply to clearance items.

Receipt of Purchase / Order Confirmation
After filling out and submitting your order, two things will happen: your order confirmation information will display on screen and the same information will be sent to the email address you have provided. Please take the opportunity to print off the order confirmation for future reference.

Why did I not get any email confirmation of my order or shipment?

Returns
Parts that have been installed are not returnable. All products still in their original shipping container, that have not been opened or installed and are in saleable condition, may be returned within 10 days from purchase date. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all parts and equipment returned. Shipping charges are not refundable to and from shipping locations.

Incorrect Orders
If Bancroftaccessories.com ships an order incorrectly, we will correct the mistake or refund your money. If the purchaser orders a product incorrectly from our web site it may be returned to Bancroftaccessories.com under the following circumstances.
- The product purchased has not been installed or damaged in any way.
- The purchased product is in its original shipping container and is in saleable condition.
- All return items are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
- All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
